Account and wholesale prices
Who can buy from BAXTAN?
We sell to businesses: shops, wholesalers, retail chains and distributors, in Poland and abroad. All you need is a free business account with your Tax ID.
How do I open a business account?
Fill in the registration form. Polish companies: after you enter your NIP we fill in the company name and address automatically – it takes about 2 minutes.
How long does account verification take?
Your account manager usually checks your company within 1 working day. Once verified, you will get an e-mail and see wholesale prices straight away.
Why can't I see prices?
Wholesale prices and stock levels are shown only to verified businesses, because they depend on the terms of cooperation. Once you sign in to a verified account, you will see your prices on every product.
Orders
What is the minimum order value?
The logistics minimum is PLN 2,000 net. We sell by the carton, layer and pallet.
How can I place an order?
Online, 24/7, once signed in: from the cart, with the quick order (paste product codes or EANs with quantities, e.g. from Excel) or from a saved shopping list. You can also order through your account manager by phone or e-mail.
Can I order a mixed pallet?
Yes. We sell by the carton, layer and pallet, including mixed pallets of different categories and brands.
Where can I check my order status and documents?
Your order history is in “My account”. For order status, invoices and pro formas, contact the wholesale order desk.
Delivery
How much does delivery cost?
In Poland delivery is free from PLN 6,000 net; smaller orders cost PLN 100 net. For deliveries abroad, the transport cost is quoted on the proforma invoice.
Who arranges the delivery date and delivery notice?
Delivery dates, delivery notices, pallets and transport documents are arranged with you by our logistics department.
Payment and invoices
How can I pay?
By bank transfer against a proforma invoice. Regular customers can be granted deferred payment terms, agreed with the account manager.
Will I get a VAT invoice?
Yes. Every order comes with a VAT invoice issued to the company details in your account.
Export and partnership
Do you deliver abroad?
Yes, to more than 28 countries: containers and pallets, mixed pallets too. We arrange transport and documents, and your export manager works with you in English.
Do you make private label products?
Yes. We create private label products for retail chains, wholesalers and partners abroad. Tell us which product and what volume you have in mind.
I am a manufacturer or supplier – who should I contact?
Partnership offers and new brands go to our purchasing department.
Where can I get product photos, EANs and product data?
Our product data team prepares product sheets, photos, EANs and logistics data for your system. Marketing materials and catalogues come from our marketing department.
